Personal and Natural Approach to a Beautiful and Healthy Body.......A Start!

It's undeniably true that more and more people especially women nowadays are switching their choices  to Natural Approach to their lifestyle, from dietary choices to skin care and even personal care products. Just like me, some of you out there may have had experienced allergic reactions to many commercial skin care products and seek natural products out of necessity only to sigh, upon knowing that they are a bit expensive but then no choice but to buy it.

Or you may have experienced visiting and receiving treatment from your favorite salon  and spa and thought, "Hey, seems I can do this myself at home!"Yeah ,why not? you're perfectly right.. many treatments at the salon that you can do it yourself at home and for sure it is a delight on your pocket. You can save a fraction of the cost of a salon visit. Well, we still do visit our favorite salon spa  once in a while. So, here's some tips how to start switching to Natural Approach:

*Head to Toe Treatments- Let's start from the head and face working our way down to our body, full torso, hands, legs, feet and finally our toe nails. Please do remember that radiant, healthy skin will not happen overnight but a result of many factors: healthy diet, regular exercise, correct practice of skin caring, positive and correct management of stress.
*Adopt a Lifestyle that leads to Radiant Skin- We have so much information for a healthy diet essential to radiant skin but we too can not deny the fact that some info are also deceiving , or confusing. Let me stress it this way, that we need to consume plenty of fresh fruits and green veggies (as much as possible organically grown) everyday! If it's a turn off for you to eat plenty of fruits or vegetables then try experimenting various ways until you will be able to discover what to enjoy. For many, potato chips and french fries are a NO to their list. Eating a balanced diet is so important!
*Drink Plenty of Water- Water plays a vital role in making your skin soft, supple and of course healthy. Most of home made skin and body care products used water as the base for cleaning skin but is even more beneficial when consumed internally. Doctors recommend drinking 8-ounce glasses of water everyday and more if you are sick and outdoor exposure to the sun. As you embrace this recommendations, it is really beneficial especially if you are trying to lose weight. Additionally, more people are choosing alkaline bottled  water (so as not to add more acids to our body) therefore leading to good health.
*Herbal Teas than Coffee- In fairness of coffee with its enticing aroma is soooo enjoyable. But another way to hydrate skin is by regular  drinking of herbal teas and if you don't want the taste, try squeezing drops of lemon or mixed it with your favorite fresh fruit juice with less sugar and enjoy without guilt.
*Exercise and Manage Stress Correctly-Thereby choose an exercise that you enjoy and can be easily done (I mean not the torture exercise)Just enough to sweat out and release tensions and stresses. While the bills and some personal problems give us so much stress..try solving it one at a time not with anger but by analising, meditating and even humming to relax your thinking powers and above all by asking guidance, prayers and supplications to the ALMIGHTY GOD.

This is just a start.. hang on folks!

Warts-Off!

Here's some tips to get rid of it:

Break open a Vit E caplet and apply it to the area surrounding the wart. Then crush a clove of raw garlic, place it on the wart and cover it with an adhesive bandage. The raw garlic causes a blister to form and the wart will fall off with in a week. Keep applying vitamin E area to help it heal.
