Detox and relax

Detoxifying our body is one vital steps to achieve good health, young looking skin and most importantly you'll feel great.We do need to cleanse out our digestive system at least every 3months by detoxification process.Food remains are waste that will accumulate in our large intestine and if it stays there for a longer time chances are these will be reabsorbed into our body and may cause allergies,migraines and worst may be a start a degenerative illness such as colon cancer,irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) colitis and more.Here are some suggestions on how to lessen the bulk of your waste if detox formulas are not available in your area.
1)little by little add fiber on your diet until you get the minimum recommended diet of 21 grams of fiber for women and 30 grams for men on a daily basis,whole grains,fruits ,beans and veggies are great help
2)refrain from eating red meats and dairy products especially during dinner time coz they are high in fats and very low in fiber
3)While eating chew your food well ,if you're on a hurry try eating fruits rather than the meal on the dining table
4)Get a regular exercise just enough to stimulate your bowels,simple walking work better than pills or laxative.Stepping up and down for a hundred counts in your 1st step of your stairs
5)visit the bathroom at the same time every day to put up a pattern in moving bowels and
stay on track but never force just give a try
6)massage your abdominal area in a clockwise mode,foot reflex can also help
7)Relax ,sit on a cool quiet area 15 to 30 minutes each day and apply deep breathing
