Beauty Foods For You

 To Name A Few:

* Tomatoes - Love your skin by eating tomatoes. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, vitaminC,
potassium,  lycopene. I love to call it  'Love Apples' for they will help you
                     love your skin.
* Carrots - Will maintain the outer layer of the skin to prevent premature aging. What you'll
find in carrots is the same as you'll get in Retin A.Carrots are    rich in beta
carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the liver. Vitamin A is trans
formed in the retina, to rhodopsin, a purple pigment necessary for night vision.
Beta-carotene has also been shown to protect  against macular degeneration and
                 senile cataracts.
* Cranberries - Will   keep  the  urinary  track  lining   healthy .
*Apple Cider Vinegar -Aside from having amazing healing properties,   apple cider vinegar
keeps skin supple. Its heavy concentration of enzymes helps peel off dead
skin cells. It breaks down fat and helps food digest properly.
* Cheese - A piece or two slices of cheese into your diet wil ensure you a happy smile.Swiss
or Cheddar (depends on you) to block bacteria in the mouth and therefore
                   prevent cavities.
* Citrus Fruits -They are zesty , juicy and delicious and are also loaded with healthy goodness.
A study published in 2012 in the American Heart Association’s journal Stroke
evaluated the eating habits of almost 70,000 women from the Nurses’ Health
Study over 14years of follow up. It showed that women who ate the most flava
none mainly via oranges, grapefruits and their juices—had a 19 percent lower
risk of blood-clot-related stroke than those who ate the least amount.
Citrus fruits can hold the skin cells together by forming collagen. Collagen can                                                not be added to the skin topically, which is why fresh fruits and fruit juices
are such that important part of the daily diet.Collagen has several functions
and they include providing support for the skin, reducing friction between
joints and maintaining the shape of the nose and ears. It also provides the
strength and flexibility of the bones and muscles.
