Facial Mask (for oily skin)

Tomatoes are one of the best treat for people who want to pamper their face especially when it is oily.Here's how to do it yourself at your own home:

Prepare the following:
2 tablespoon of powdered milk
1 big tomatoe
1 sheet of gauze-like texture cloth
(10"x10")
1 unit of fruit blender
1 wooden teaspoon or spatula

Wash your tomato thoroughly(but don't use soap) using 1 drop of hydrogen peroxide diluted with 1/4 gallon of water soaked it for 5 to 10 minutes , sliced it in four, drop it in your blender and prepare it like a fruit shake with the powdered milk.Using the spatula or wooden spoon, paint it in the face upward strokes on top of the gauze-like cloth let it stay for 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water pat it dry and use water based moisturizer by applying to your 5 focal points upward strokes.

Cut caffeine in take, but unfortunately unknown to many that from hot chocolates,favorite teas, sodas/softdrinks,vitamin waters,and even energy drinks there's caffeine in it.It can all add up the whole day and will result to sleepless night and the next day is the terrible tired & sleepy one.You can switch to decaf , trade chocos, sparkling water or decaffeinated teas.But pls don't be surprised or worry if you'll experience headaches or some awful withdrawal effects rest assured that all is just temporary but then after 3-5 days you should start sleeping better and feeling more chipper.If you can't handle straight forwardly then you can try cutting caffeine gradually.
Do not Overload your stomach on dinner time-heavy meals can keep you awake at night time.Try eating bigger meals on breakfast and lunch but on dinner a feast of fruits or veggie salads or a graham biscuits with a scoop or two for an ice cream or may be a chicken sandwich with tomatoe slice & cucumber. While some experience alcohol made them sfeel sleepy but too much too close to bedtime is another story for this may interferes with your sleep.

Body Polish At Its Best!

Home is the most practical & frugal place to do your body polish routine.You can do it 3 or 2 times a month.
Here are some materials you need for body polish:

3 cups ripe papaya or avocado flesh
1 cup of powdered milk
big plastic sheet
a very light blanket

Mash the flesh of papaya or avocado to a pulp,mix the powdered milk, paste it to the blanket & together wrap it around your body with the big plastic sheet and lay flat for 15 minutes.Then rinse thoroughly.

Result:Polished and smooth complexion!

    While most of us are concern how to beautify ourselves but cost is usually the hindrance in order to materialize such interest.Fortunately , textbooks for beauty to be done at home are very much apparent that it's no longer an excuse to be ugly.Here are some tips to natural beauty that you can start right in your very own home:
* Get plenty of rest at night time(rest at day time is very much different from night time)Be on your bed at  
      least 10:30 pm if possible do it in a religious way.

* Use sunglasses & sunscreens if possible
* Always use not just natural but most importantly organic beauty products
